The buyer has the right to return or exchange the purchased goods of good quality if they are not satisfied with their colour, size or other reasons. (Part 1 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023 on Consumer Protection.

An exchange may be made for a similar product of a different size, subject to its availability, or for another product in the range.

The buyer has the right to return the item, provided that its presentation is preserved.

The buyer has the right to return the purchased product, provided that the product:

● has not been used
● was not used for photo or video shoots
● has not been subjected to any kind of manipulation.

All transport costs associated with the exchange or return of goods are covered by the buyer.
