In the Hutsul region, the edges/belts are called straps. Hutsulkas used to belt spare parts with them. But they can also be used for modern clothes: to tie a trench coat around the waist to a skirt, dress or even jeans. For this, the straps must be tight and strong. Our craftsmen weave it on a machine for about 8 hours, constantly knocking the threads against each other with a berd. May it be nice and last a long time!
